  • Union County Playmakers' "Slow and Steady" Was a Real Winner!

    Union County Playmakers' production of SLOW AND STEADY, a retelling of the fable THE TORTOISE AND THE HARE looked like a real winner! This original, family-friendly musical featured TheatreWorld's Clearing in the Woods - B and achieved great effects through lighting. Three cheers to the cast, crew, and creative team!

  • Charleston Stage presents MARY POPPINS

    Charleston Stage has a commitment to excellence, education, and to premiering new works. Their production of Mary Poppins excites the imagination and looks simply fantastical! Great job everyone!

  • Palmetto Center for the Arts Dance presents THE LITTLE MERMAID

    PCA Dance seeks to identify and train both the young artists who are professionally oriented and those who have the potential to dance, but who may never have had the opportunity to study in a professional setting. Their beautiful ballet interpretation of the Little Mermaid is simply stunning. Fantastic job everyone!

  • Auburn University's Department of Music presents THE BEST OF ALL POSSIBLE OPERA WORLDS

    This season's Opera Workshop at Auburn University featured selections from A Midsummer Night's Dream, The Magic Flute, and Iolanthe. The department strives to achieve and sustain excellent standards of performance, creativity, pedagogy, research and scholarship in music. TheatreWorld is proud to support such a talented group of students!

  • Marshalltown Community Theatre presents MR POPPER'S PENGUINS

    In the middle of their 54th season, Marshalltown Community Theatre continues to gain the support of its community with its spectacular productions! Between Iowa snowstorms and a large cast, this team had to get creative to pull off this musical production. Great job everyone on the hard work and dedication! We're so proud to be able to support such an engaging community! 

  • Main Stage Productions presents THE PRODUCERS

    Main Stage Productions is a non-profit community-centric theatre based in the Houston area of Texas. Their focus is on respecting each other, inspiring the community, growing as individuals, and healing through laughter. They certainly did that with their hilarious production of The Producers. Everyone looks incredible! Wish we could have been there to see this! 


    This is actually our "Vintage Times Square" backdrop and a CUSTOM DESIGNED Sky backdrop that TheatreWorld Backdrops built especially for Main Stage Productions! We're so happy you guys loved the design!

  • Justin-Siena High School presents ONCE ON THIS ISLAND

    Justin-Siena has a rich tradition in the performing arts, dating back to 1969 with its very first production. This spring, they performed the enchanting story of the power of love with their production of Once on this Island. Great job on on choreography, costumes, make-up, and scenic design! Using an amazing lighting designer, Justin-Siena made our FIRE SKY look alive! We love seeing creative minds at work!

  • Maplewood Middle School presents THE LITTLE MERMAID

    Great job to the students at Maplewood Middle School in New Jersey on their winter musical this year! Your costumes and scenic design look amazing! We're so happy to be able to help support your production!

  • Highland Park High School presents MARY POPPINS

    Congratulations to Director - Scott Shallenbarger and their hard working cast and crew of Highland Park HS in Illinois (HPHS). Their rendition of Mary Poppins - The New Musical is sure to lift you off your feet! Great job guys. With amazing costumes and props, this theatre really showed the magic that can happen when you believe! 

  • Oshkosh North High School Choir presents the SOUND OF MUSIC

    Performing for sold-out shows again, Oshkosh North High School Choir presented a spectacular performance of the Sound of Music. Their Choral Program has goals that include helping all members experience music through singing, playing, and listening, while supporting each other and the greater school community.   • Calvin Christian High School presents BEAUTY AND THE BEAST

    Theater Director Marilee Marsman, Musical director Karel Malefyt and their cast and crew at Calvin Christian, tell a Tale as Old as Time, in Disney’s Beauty and the Beast the Musical. Fantastic job guys, you all look phenomenal! Thank you for allowing us to support you.

    Congratulations to Sandy Spring Friends School on their much anticipated 2016’s Yearly Community Play, Fiddler on the Roof. Phenomenal job guys, you all look the part! Thank you for allowing us to support you.

  • West Potomac High School presents ADDAMS FAMILY and SPAMALOT

    The Beyond the Page Theatre Company at West Potomac High School continues their tradition of excellence! With a motto that focuses on directing your destiny and believing in yourself, they always find reasons to smile. Their production of ADDAMS FAMILY was nominated for 14 Cappies and won Best Set Design and Best Comic Actress in a Musical, while SPAMALOT won a record number of 9 Cappies! It is our pleasure to support this wonderful troupe for the past few years and with any of their future productions!

  • Burke High School presents BEAUTY AND THE BEAST

    Burke High School's Drama Department puts on a comedy, a winter musical, and a dramatic play every year. Currently under the direction of Emily Mokrycki, they hold a high standard of excellence in the performing arts. Their winter musical is the biggest event of the year and we're so proud to help support them! Great job everyone! Costumes look great!

  • Academy of Rising Stars presents a HOLIDAY RECITAL

    The Academy of Rising Stars Inc. provides each student with the finest instruction in developmental and physical education. Through experimentation and exploration along with an enriched and enhanced learning environment they hope that children will develop a love for learning, their own sense of self worth, and the confidence to conquer all life has to offer. We couldn't have been more proud to support them once again as they presented their Holiday Recital which we hear was a "smashing success!"
