  • Fort Osage High School presents THE WIZARD OF OZ

    The Fort Osage Theatre Department and its support group Fort Osage S.T.A.G.E. (Supporting Theatre and Acting Growth in Education) presented a stunning version of The Wizard of Oz! Utilizing the Black and White Prairie Farm they were able to create a dramatic difference from Kansas to Oz where they encountered the Haunted Forest!   • Ginger Cook Events presents an ALICE IN WONDERLAND EVENT

    What a colorful and engaging way to have an Alice in Wonderland themed party! Ginger Cook Events used our Mushroom Forest and our Dark Enchanted Forest among other scenic backdrops to really bring the audience into Wonderland. From chairs hanging from the ceiling to vibrantly decorated tables, this event must have been incredible!

  • Thomas Armor Youth Ballet presents THE NUTCRACKER

    Nothing promotes the holiday spirit more than the classical tale of The Nutcracker. It evokes childhood imagination and wonder and is brought to life through the dedication and diversity of a talented group of individuals. TheatreWorld Backdrops was lucky enough to become a part of this amazing group of volunteers, board members, dancers, choreographers, directors, and enchanting community by designing and producing their brand new custom backdrops. A very special thank you to all the good folks at Thomas Armor Youth Ballet in Miami, our team enjoyed the presentation of Nutcracker and your wonderful hospitality!   • Rosstyn Ice Shows & Rink Designs, Inc. presents CHRISTMAS ON ICE

    "Rosstyn Ice Shows & Rink Designs, Inc." produces elaborate shows for theme parks, casinos, festivals, malls, fairs, dinner theaters, hotels, theaters, corporate and private or fund raising parties. They are simply beautiful on ice with our Ice Palace Foyer scenic backdrop! Great job to all the talented skaters and amazing performers!

  • National Dance Clubs of Murfreesboro presents A TROPICAL CHRISTMAS SHOW

    Real people, real dancing, and real fun! National Dance Clubs is a firmly established dance school and was established in 1984 in Nashville, TN. Looks like they had a blast with our Florida Keys Mile Marker 37 scenic backdrop for their Tropical Christmas Show! We're so glad we had the opportunity to support this great team again!

  • Montana A Cappella Society presents their CHRISTMAS THROUGH THE AGES

    "We tell stories by singing songs. We all do it because we love to sing." The Montana A Cappella Society is such a delightful and remarkable group of talented individuals. The society performs regionally, promoting public awareness and audience appreciation for the art for a cappella singing. Every year they present their Annual Christmas Concert and this year they featured our humble Country Winter Woods and charming Victorian Parlor Christmas scenic backdrops. Great costumes and great voices!  

  • Birmingham Village Players present ELF: THE MUSICAL

    The youth theater of the Village Players was founded in 2007 to provide a variety of theatrical experiences to youth ages eight to eighteen. Its mission is to offer theatrical programs that inspire and challenge young actors to develop their artistic talents and their self-confidence, self-awareness, compassion and leadership and teamwork skills. This Christmas they presented an whimsical version of Elf: The Musical using our Snowy Central Park and Vintage Times Square scenic backdrops! Don't those kids look great?! 

  • Westlake Middle School presents THE SOUND OF MUSIC

    Westlake Middle School students performed the Getting to Know... The Sound of Music for their winter musical! Using a slider track system, they used the beautiful Swiss Alps backdrop, the Victorian Palace Ballroom backdrop, and the Grand Ballroom backdrop. Great job on the costumes! Everyone looks so good!

  • St Anastasia School presents ANNIE

    Congrats to the students and team at St Anastasia School and their presentation of the musical ANNIE. Everyone did a great job with our New York Noire and Grand Ballroom - B scenic backdrops. The use of colored lights to accent the various scenes was a great touch!

  • Wauwatosa East High School presents BEAUTY AND THE BEAST

    Continuing a legacy of theatre excellence for over 77 years, Wauwatosa East's latest production wowed audiences with vivid colors, amazing costumes, and a whirlwind of confetti and talent! They did an incredible job of bringing to life one of the most beloved stories out there and TheatreWorld is so honored to have been a part of that adventure! (photo credit: Chris Manke)

  • New Albany High School presents BEAUTY AND THE BEAST

    New Albany High School Theatre excels with a 120 year old history! One of the oldest public high school drama departments in the state of Indiana and the NAHS Theatre Department has won numerous regional and national recognitions! They dazzled the audience with this year's production of Beauty and the Beast using our Be Our Guest scenic backdrop! Great job everyone!

  • Taconic High School Theatre presents SISTER ACT

    With a Fall Festival of Shakespeare in November, a spring musical in December, and a show in April the students at Taconic High School are constantly engaging with their community and encouraging their talents! Their latest performance of Sister Act: The Musical sang true and featured our Baroque Cathedral Interior Scenic Backdrop! Great job to cast and crew alike! We can't wait to see what you'll do next!

  • Naples Ballet presents SLEEPING BEAUTY

    The Naples Ballet, Inc. plays an active role in promoting the beauty and discipline of ballet in the Naples Community through weekly ballet lessons to the Boys & Girls Clubs and working with local students in physical education and after school programs. Their collective goal is to deliver an artistic and cultural experience that inspires dancers and audiences alike. Their Spring Ballet 2017 was truly beautiful as they presented Sleeping Beauty and were able to utilize the serene nature of the Rose Terrace backdrop. Great job to dancers and instructors alike!

  • Nesaquake Middle School presents THE WIZARD OF OZ

    Great job to the cast and crew of Nesaquake Middle School and their spring production of the Wizard of Oz! They truly transformed the stage into the magical land of Oz and took a trip over the rainbow. We're so proud to support this production with our Road to Oz scenic backdrop!

  • Wolcott High School presents GUYS AND DOLLS

    This classic musical is set in New York City in the 1950’s when gambling, dancing, and laughter was a priority on Broadway. Wolcott High School's students worked extremely hard on this wonderful comedy and it shows! Take a trip to the Vintage Times Square and with the classic musical, Guys and Dolls! Fantastic job everyone!!
